0 . Initial Meeting - Estimate / Fee Proposal

The initial meeting to discuss your requirements and how that might be achieved. 

 

 

1. Survey and Analysis

For planning purposes, we are generally able to provide the survey and research services in house.

 

 

2. Sketch - Concept Designs

As part of a discussion with both the client and the authorities, we will draw up a number of design proposals.

 

 

3. Developed Design - Planning Application

Having settled on the final proposal, we will put together the necessary drawings for a formal application if required. 

 

 

4. Building Regs / Tender Documents  

Having secured planning consent, we are able to work the scheme up for Building Regulations approval in conjunction with a structural engineer and quantity surveyor, for tender with the local contractors.

 

 

5. Construction / Project Overview

Having appointed the main contractor we are able on behalf of the client to hold regular site meetings, administer the contract, deal with design details and queries, and certify interim valuations and the final account for payment.

 

6. Handover and Close Out

Having cleared snagging and completed the documentation we can move to the handover.

 

 

7. In Use

Ongoing resort for any latent defects that arise.
